Hello Girls!!

How fabulous is this draped vest from Saks?! I saw this and absolutely loved it! I was going out the night that this was photographed and thought it was just the right amount of dressy yet casual. As if you can't tell from my posts, I practically live in jeans and I love dressing them up in different ways. I paired it with a simple white tank and these new Via Spiga Talisa heels and black saddlebag from DSW.

Enza Costa Dress



Hello Girlies!!

Had to share this amazing dress from Enza Costa. I bought it from Xanadu in Southampton, NY but you can buy it on Revolve! And it comes in so many other colors!! 

It was so hot the day I wore this, but thank goodness this is a very light fabric. I literally was dripping with sweat and thankfully you all can't see that in these photos! 

One of the many things I love about this dress is that it can easily be worn into Fall. Throw on a blazer or crop jacket, scarf, and some cute booties and you are good to go! I seriously cannot get enough of this dress. It has moved to the top of  my favorites! Go get it before it sells out!

Hello girls! Sorry I was MIA. I had to go to CT for a credit conference. If you're just tuning in, I work full time as a Credit Analyst and every year I've been attending a conference. It was in Old Saybrook, CT and it so beautiful there. I'm sure you guys are dying to know the fabulous details of this conference but I will move on to the clothing details instead! lol

I got this top from Macy's and the color is so beautiful! Even more so in person! I really wanted to make the color pop so I wore the white jeans with a nude shoe. This top would also look beautiful with skirts, especially a pencil skirt! Gorg!

A Beach Day

Hello all! Happy Friday! 

So happy the weekend is here. I actually took off (from my full time job) tomorrow to run some errands as I have a busy weekend before I leave for CT on Sunday for a conference...again for the full time job. I hope to attend a blogger conference in GA in February! 

The beach is one of my fave places. As I've mentioned before I live on the North Fork of Long Island where I am surrounded by beaches. Yes, I am aware that I am a lucky girl for all those beach lovers out there. Ha! I know Summer is almost over and I'm late in the game in posting beach pics but for me Summer isn't over until October! lol So with that said here are my beach pics wearing a very comfy light sweater tee I got from Calypso St. Barth. It is on sale now and comes in two other colors! A white and a light blue. Get it before it's gone! This color I'm wearing is called Crush and it is so pretty. It's like a pinkish coral color and I love wearing it with a dark blue jean. It could go well with white jeans too! It's the perfect sweater to be cozy in on a cool day!

A stroll by the riverfront

Hello Girls! How was everyone's weekend? It was beautiful out! Saturday I went to a car show with my friend and then went to a surprise birthday party for my friend/co-worker who turned 30! She started crying immediatley--she had no idea! Success! Sunday I went to the annual Hallockville Festival by me with my friend and then went to the mall with my mom and got some great stuff that I will showing on the blog soon! 

After looking at the photos, I think this is now one of my favorite outfits. I got this vest from Dynamite which is at the nearest mall to me. I love the color and how it ties in the front. You can make it a little dressy like I did with heels or make it more casual. I had just got these heels from DSW and I absoutely love them! They come in black too but I wanted a color that can go with anything.

Pink cold shoulder

Hello Ladies!

 Even though it was only a 4 day work week, it still seemed to drag on. Anyone have any fun plans for this weekend?

So if you have been following along you will know that I have recently become obsessed with light pink. I don't know what it is because I never really cared for pink in the past but now I am crazy about it. My fave color is and will always be green---(some say I even have an obsession with green) but I have been adding bits of pink in since the spring. As you can see, I have added another pink top to the collection. I got this from H&M and...are you ready...for $12.99! Oh yes...that is correct! Now, I love my designer brands just as much as the next girl but sometimes you just need to mix in some affordable stuff. H&M has great clothes at even better prices. (And no, they did not pay me to say that! lol) I think I mentioned in one of my spring posts that I buy a lot of my blazers from there. I think I went in there to see if they had any new ones when I stumbled upon this adorable top. It has the cold shoulder thing going for it which everyone knows was one of the biggest trends this season and you can style this in many ways. I chose my blue jeans with grey heels because I love the combo of grey and blush.
