Distressed Knit Sweater

Happy Thursday! Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays! Sorry it's been awhile since my last post. My schedule has been way off and trying to find time to edit all my photos and spend time with family was a little crazy. Everyone ready for the New Year? I cannot wait for 2017! Now on to the outfit! I have been sweater crazy this season and bought quite a few from Express including the one above. It seems they sold out of the color I'm wearing but still have the Charcoal Gray left which I also bought. The best part is that it is 50% off right now! I love the distressed effect of this sweater and it is so soft. I'm also a big fan of the high/low which I have mentioned before. I slipped on a thin turtleneck underneath to keep me extra warm and the fleece jacket came in handy for later in the evening. Here is another similar sweater with the same distressed look.

Sleeveless Trench Vest

Hello girls! Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! It was definitely much needed time off. I acutally went out on Black Friday to the mall and it wasn't too bad. As it got later in the afternoon, it started to get busier...and then I started to think I should have gone out earlier in the morning. Oh well..always next year! I did score a couple deals so I was happy with that. What was your best deal? Let me know in the comments!

Soooo with that said....on to this gorgeous green vest I'm wearing. The good news....it's from Target and at a great price!! The not so good news....it's only available in store. Ugghhh! Sorry!! I had bought it in store so I didn't realize that it wasn't available online until doing this post. I really hate that and not sure why stores do that. Does anyone really know why they do that?? As you all are aware I love green so I was so excited to see this especially in a vest form. I've become a little obsessed with vests this past season. I bought three! I guess you could say I'm really liking this trend. This vest is a little heavier so it is perfect for a fall day with a sweater or turtleneck like I have on. It actually ended up being a lot warmer than expected on the day these photos were shot. It literally got up to about 80 degrees. You can see that my sleeves were pushed up which I really meant to have them down... you know...because I was creating the fall look. Oops!! haha

Who What Where Tank

Hello All! So sorry for the minimal posts lately. A little bit of some personal stuff going on and then I was set to do a post the other night and had some issues with my pics. Ahhh technology! I love it and hate it! lol 

Hope everyone had a great Halloween! It is one of my favorite holidays but I didn't do much for it this year. I did attend a murder/mystery dinner which was just okay. I don't think it was worth what I paid, but still a fun experience!  I was expecting it to be like the game of Clue, but it wasn't. Has anyone else attended a muder/mystery dinner? If so, tell me about it below in the comments!! 

I just have to tell you about this new line of clothing at Target. It is called Who What Wear and they have some really cute stuff! I was really excited to find this mock neck tank. It's long, flowy, and of course green....my fave color! It also comes in black. We all have those days where our stomach is just not cooperating with us and this top is perfect at hiding a little bloated belly! It is great for a warm day as is or paired with a blazer like I did when the weather turns cooler. The color is perfect for the fall season. You can even layer this up with a cozy sweater for the winter. And the best part of this top....??? It is under $25!!! Yes, you heard right! I also bought another item from this line that I will be showing on the blog soon!

Lavender & White

Hey Guys!

Hope everyone is having a great week so far! Holiday weekend is almost here! I'm so excited and it's suppose to be gorgeous for the next 4 days. 

I had just bought these new white jeans and was trying to think of a way to show them off and decided what better way than to wear all white with a colorful background. I am lucky enough to live near a lavender farm and thought it would be a beautiful backdrop. Also, purple is my second favorite color and I like it against the white. 

If you have never been to a lavender farm, I highly suggest going as it is so beautiful. You can really get some great pictures. 

The farm I am at is located in East Marion, NY and is called Lavender by the Bay. I love all the cute signs they had around the place and they have so much stuff to buy in their store such as soaps, lotions, pictures, sachets, dishes, etc. Great place to get gifts!
