Twist Back Sweater

Hey there guys! It is offically less than a week until Christmas!! Finishing up my shopping this week. Anyone else still have shopping left to do? Today's post I will make short and sweet as it is a busy week and I am literally trying to keep my eyes open...so tired! 

I am on a major sweater kick this season and already have a list of more to buy! lol  This sweater I got from Express. I love the detail on the back where it twists. It shows some skin in the back but the front is totally covered! Love it! It is currenly on sale for under $30!!! In fact, it is 50% off everything from now through December 26. (Exclusions apply) I also had bought this sweater too. You can never have enough black sweaters. :)  Hurry, before they are sold out!!!

Light Blue + Grey

Hi all!! Everyone ready for the weekend?! So glad it's Friday. Today's post is once again about my favorite store Bevello. I got this cozy sweater and jeans from there a few weeks back. I was dying to get a pair of grey jeans and finally found ones I liked. The white jacket I'm wearing is also from Bevello. I bought it last year and guess what....it's still available!!!  They have such great stuff there, can you not tell?! The sweater is super soft and even thought it says light blue in the description, to me it looks more like a light grey. I love the high/low style...to me it never gets old. I paired it with these distressed jeans from Paige that I absoultely love. The black crossbody and booties from DSW give it a little more edge while the white jacket keeps it refreshed.

Grey & Burgundy

Hello all!!

Hope everyone's week is going well! Can you believe it is December already?! I have things planned basically every weekend which is a little crazy but exciting at the same time. Has anyone started Christmas shopping yet? I did about 1/3 so far. 

So I have mentioned in prior posts about the store Bevello that I visit once a year in NC when I go see my dad. There are none around me here on Long Island so when I visit, I literally go crazy with a bunch of stuff. Yes, they have a website but I'm one of those people that prefers to try stuff on first rather than winging it online. I can vary in sizes depending on the designer and how I like things to fit. So on my recent yearly visit I got a few things that I'm starting to share on the blog. Up first, is this gorgeous cabernet vest by Thread & Supply. I actually got the same one last year in Navy. If you haven't noticed since the late summer, I'm on a maroon/burgundy/cabernet...whatever name you want to use...kick!  I can't seem to get enough of this color!! I also got this grey turtleneck by French Connection. It's on the heavier side which is great when I don't want to wear a jacket. Unfortunately, I can't find this turtleneck on the site anymore, but I will include some similar items below. I also wanted to mention that these photos were shot at Paumanok Vineyards. We have some beautiful wineries out by me and I finally got to take advantage of when it was quiet and get some great shots.

Working the Blazer

Hello there!

One more day until the holiday weekend! What are your plans? Is anyone doing anything special? Leave me a comment below!

As I've mentioned before, I love blazers and have worn a few in my posts already. This one is probably one of my favorites. I bought it I think two years ago at Bevello in Huntersville, NC. Also, I just saw in my email that everyone in store and online is 20% off!  It is one of my favorite stores when I go down there to visit my dad. I love the three-quarter sleeves and the color is a bluish/green. It is definitely beautiful in person.

Spring Time

Happy Thursday!!

So excited that the weather has been nicer! I can finally start putting away my winter clothes. I just got this shirt about 2 weeks ago and have been patiently waiting until it got warmer to wear it. I love the green and blush pink in this and my favorite part is that it's long in the back and shorter in the front to tuck in. The best part....the price! Only $22.99 from Target. I usually only buy tanks and T-shirts there but saw this and loved it!

Neon Pink

Hello ladies! Monday is over....thank goodness! Four more days until the weekend!

So I love neon stuff. It reminds me of the 80s and when I was little. I don't wear it a lot because I'm fair skinned as I think neon looks a little better when you have darker skin. I am on the hunt though for a neon green top. Green is my favorite color and I would love to pair it with black as I did here with the pink. I think black just makes neons pop more. This T-shirt was from Target at a great price! I usually go there for tanks and simple tees. There are so many colors to choose from and I like the way they fit. 

I am also loving the lace up heels trend that is going on right now! I just got these and they are perfect. Don't mind the dark toenail polish in the pic...changing it to a more springy color this week.

As you can see I used a clutch in some pics and regular bag in others. I wanted to show that you can wear this out and about or dress it up a little more with the clutch for a night out.
